At 9:22 on June 17, the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft was successfully launched. In the afternoon, it caught up with the core module Tianhe to achieve rendezvous and docking. This is the speed of China, and this is the first time the Chinese have entered their own space station.
Aerospace chips are the heart of aerospace avionics equipment, and are vital to the aerospace industry. Compared with other chips, aerospace chips put forward higher requirements in terms of high and low temperature and radiation resistance. When launching, it has to withstand violent shaking and violent temperature changes. After entering orbit, when facing the sun, the temperature rises rapidly, up to 120°C; when away from the sun, the temperature drops sharply, down to -150° C. In this way, one lap is 90 minutes, and each lap is a temperature difference of 270°C. In addition to temperature, the earth's magnetic field, high-energy particles and other particles outside the solar system in space also affect the performance of electronic devices.
Since 2016, SEMISHARE is honored to participate in the design of some of the core projects of the "Space Environment Ground Simulator" project jointly built by Harbin Institute of Technology and China Aerospace Science and Technology Group. Relying on its experience in the field of high and low temperature probe testing technology, SEMISHARE provides and exerts its core technical advantages in ultra-low temperature, ultra-high vacuum, automatic control, and laser simulation.
SEMISHARE congratulations the successful launch of China's Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft. It’s a great moment, and the Chinese station would become a new platform for international space cooperation.
